Colliers
Amersfoort
1.100 m2
For a new office in Amersfoort, Unidesq was appointed by Colliers to deliver a fully integrated workplace project combining furniture supply, installation and complete relocation management into one seamless execution.
The result is a calm, light-filled and highly functional work environment where materiality, flexibility and user experience come together.
Large glass partitions maintain transparency and allow daylight to flow throughout the space while still providing acoustic separation. In the larger collaboration areas, flexible tables on castors enable quick reconfiguration for workshops, team sessions or presentations.
Existing chairs from the previous office have been reused and combined with the new tables, supporting both functionality and sustainability.
In addition to delivering and installing the complete furniture concept, Unidesq managed the relocation from the previous office to the new workspace. Through integrated logistics, careful planning and on-site coordination, the move was executed smoothly with minimal disruption.
Part of the existing furniture was relocated and reused, while new furniture was supplied and installed by Unidesq to complete the workplace environment.
The workspace features individually adjustable electric sit-stand desks that allow employees to alternate between sitting and standing, supporting a healthier and more dynamic way of working. Acoustic desk partitions provide subtle zoning between the workstations, reducing noise and visual distractions while maintaining an open and collaborative environment.
A key spatial element within the project are the custom lockers and cabinet wall. The full-height storage solution integrates seamlessly into the architecture, providing both functionality and visual rhythm within the circulation zones.
The natural finish softens the industrial ceiling and exposed technical installations, creating balance between warmth and structure.
The meeting rooms combine refined material choices with thoughtful functional detailing. Facet meeting tables by Incons of Denmark form the centrepiece of the spaces, featuring soft linoleum surfaces paired with elegant oak veneer frames. Integrated power units with clean cable management ensure a practical and uncluttered working environment, while upholstered meeting chairs in calm, desaturated tones contribute to a comfortable and focused atmosphere.
The canteen functions as the social heart of the office, where hospitality and workplace seamlessly come together. The space is furnished with Elix tables by Inclass and High Unit tables by MDD, complemented by Pavilion counter stools by &Tradition and dining chairs by Hay. Donkersloot rugs are used to subtly define zones while also enhancing acoustic comfort, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Combined with layered lighting, including Muuto Strand and Fluid pendants alongside Hay Paper Shades, the space feels open, contemporary and inviting.
In the larger collaboration areas, flexible tables on castors allow the layout to be easily reconfigured for workshops, team sessions or presentations. Large glass partitions maintain transparency and daylight flow while preserving acoustic separation between the different spaces.
Along the circulation zones, lounge settings provide informal meeting spots and waiting areas. The combination of modular seating, soft upholstery and carefully selected lighting creates a relaxed yet professional atmosphere.
A bar-height work counter along the glass façade offers additional touchdown workspaces, reinforcing flexibility throughout the office.
Subtle wall lighting enhances the vertical surfaces and adds depth along the corridor.
